For online purchases, La Vie will accept merchandise in its original condition for a Exchange of the purchase price when accompanied by the original invoice, packaging, and intact tags.

full-price merchandise must be returned for an exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery.
shipping fee is FINAL we do not refund shipping fees!
Merchandise that has been worn, used, altered or damaged will not be accepted. La Vie reserves the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above exchange requirements.
